VEGGIE BURGERS – Moose Cow Fish

VEGGIE BURGERS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 x can chickpeas (washed and drained)

  • 1 x grated zucchini

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion

  • 1 x egg

  • 1 x tbs pesto

  • 1 x tbs mustard

  • Salt and pepper

METHOD:

Add chickpeas to a bowl and mash using a fork.

Add all other ingredients and mix together until well mixed.

Preheat a pan with a tbs of olive oil (at a low heat)

Roll mixture into burger sized balls and place on pan and press down so flat.

Cook for approx 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Remove from pan and eat or store in fridge.
