BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL
Smoothie ingredients:

½ x Banana (frozen)

1 cup frozen mixed berries (or choose one of a couple of types of berries you want

½ x cup liquid of choice (milk, nut milk, water, coconut water)

1 x handful of ice to thicken (optional)

1 x tsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon
-
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Toppings:
You can use whatever you like for toppings (fresh fruit, granola, coconut, nuts & seeds, nut butter etc.) For this recipe I decided to use:

small handful of blueberries
-
Strawberries
-
Raspberries
-
Shredded coconut
-
Almonds
-
Chia seeds
-
Granola (I used my homemade paleo granola)
-
Goji Berries
-
Sun flower seeds
-
Honey
Method:
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender, adding more ice to make thicker or more liquid to make thinner. (if all the fruit gets stuck and doesn't blend properly, add more liquid!)
Pour mixture into a bowl and smooth over top in preparation for toppings
Place fruit and other ingredients on top of smoothie, adding or removing what you want!
