CHOC BROWNIE CAKE – Moose Cow Fish

CHOC BROWNIE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 x cups self raising flour

  • 1 x cup caster sugar

  • 1/2 x cup coconut/brown sugar

  • 1/2 x cup cocoa powder

  • 1 x pinch bicarb soda

  • 150g x melted butter

  • 1 x tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 x good shake of cinnamon

  • 1 x tbs almond butter (a big one :P)

  • 2 x BIG tbs hazelnut and cacao butter

  • 2 x eggs (lightly whisked)

  • 1/4 x cup milk

  • 1/2 x cup (at least ;)) Choc chips

METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 180C fan-forced, and line a tray with baking paper.

Measure out and add all the dry ingredients to a bowl, and stir them together.

In a seperate bowl, add all the wet ingredients, and mix them all together.

Add the wet ingredients into the bigger bowl with the dry ingredients and mix everything together.

Add in the choc chips and stir through.

Pour the mixture into the lined tray, and bake in the oven for approx 35 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting up and enjoying - hot tip!! It tastes reallyyyyy good warm still haha <3
