IMMUNITY OATS – Moose Cow Fish

IMMUNITY OATS

INGREDIENTS:

OATS;

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup water

1 tsp tumeric (i used a tumeric blend, if you are using plain tumeric also add some black pepper)

1 pinch/tsp ginger powder

1 tsp Sup Supplements inner glow greens and collagen powder

 

TOPPINGS:

1 small banana

1/2 cup mixed berries (I used frozen)

1 tsp honey

1 large tsp low fat plain greek yogurt

1/2 tbs almond butter (or peanut butter)

 

METHOD:

Add milk and oats to a small saucepan and heat over the stove.

Add tumeric, ginger and greens powder and stir through

Let oats cook, stirring regularly so they don’t burn (around 5 minutes)

Once the consistency has thickened up/ you are happy with it, remove from stove and transfer into a bowl.

Add all toppings any way you want and enjoy!!
