PB + BANANA CUPS
2 x blocks dark chocolate 🍫 (or a family block)
1 x banana 🍌
2-3 x tbs peanut butter (or any nut butter) 🥜
2 x tbs olive oil 🍳
Start melting half of the chocolate over the stove with one tbs of olive oil. While that is melting, line a min cupcake tray with patty pans 🧁
Once the chocolate has melted, spoon about a tea spoon of chocolate into the bottom of each patty pan (enough the cover the bottom)
Start melting the other half of the chocolate with the rest of the olive oil. While it’s melting, slice the banana into enough pieces for each patty pan (if you don’t have enough you might need another banana) .
Lay out each piece of banana and spoon about 1/2 a tbs of peanut butter on top (add as little or as much pb as you want)
Press each piece of banana (peanut butter down) into the bases of the patty pans so that the chocolate on the bottom rises up around the sides of the banana and pb. .
Once the chocolate has melted, spoon about a tbs (or enough to cover the top of the banana) into each patty pan. If you have chocolate left over at the end, top up any that are lower on chocolate 🍫🍌 .
Let set in the fridge for at least an hour and ENJOY xx
