• 2 x cups plain flour

  • 1 x cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 x cup white sugar

  • 1 x pinch baking soda

  • 1/3 x cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 x tsp cinnamon

  • 1 x egg

  • 250g butter (melted)

  • 2-3 x tbs olive oil

  • Chopped fruit and nut chocolate (as much as you desire ;))


Preheat the over to 180 degrees C and line a baking tray with baking paper

Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix together

Add egg and mix through, then melt butter and add as well

Add olive oil and combine all ingredients until a dough forms

Roughly chop as much chocolate as you want (the more the better :P) and stir through so evenly distributed. I find this part easier to do with my hands.

Roll mixture into balls and place on baking tray until all the mixture has been used.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes then remove and let cool (don’t worry if they are very soft at first, they harden as they cool)

Remove from baking tray and store in an air tight contain (if there are any left to store :O)
