• 1 x banana

  • 1 x egg

  • 2 tbs Pana hazelnut and chocolate spread

  • 2 tbs tahini

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 8 x weetbix

  • 1 pinch bicarb soda

  • 1-2 tbs self raising flour

  • 1 block of chopped Pana chocolate

    Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Mash a banana in a big bowl and add egg, spread, tahini and honey and mix all together. Crush up and add weetbix and flour and mix through. Add bicarb soda, and chocolate and mix all together. Let sit for 5-10 mins to let weetbix soften.
    Roll into cookie sized balls and place on baking tray. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes (I prefer softer cookies so only cook them for 10). Let cool and enjoy! 🥳
